Request Macromate account deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated data even if you no longer have the app installed.

Submit a deletion request

Email the support team from the email address linked to your account. Include your username and account email so we can identify the account. Do not send your password or verification code.

Email an account deletion request

We will review the request, verify account ownership when needed to protect it, and email you when it has been processed. Deletion covers your account and associated data held by Macromate. Limited backups or logs may remain temporarily for security or legal reasons as described in our Privacy Policy.

You can also start deletion in the app under Account → Delete my account permanently. Deleting your Macromate account does not automatically cancel a store subscription; cancel an active subscription in Google Play or Apple subscription settings.
